Step One:

Log into your Gemini Solutions account to gain access to the downloads section. Click "login" here or in the upper right portion of the site. See Creating a Website Account if you do not have one or Forgot Password to regain access to an existing account.

Step Two:

Go to the user updates section under the Downloads Menu and find the appropriate bit lock update. The bit lock update will either contain the name of the user or the name of the company for network licenses.

Step Three:

Run the executable file with your bit lock inserted into your computer. The program will handle the update automatically.

NOTE: Network bit locks cannot be updated directly on the server machine due to driver issues. Administrators must plug the network bitlock into a Windows XP/Vista/7 machine and run the update there.
