Step One:

Log into your Gemini Solutions account to gain access to the downloads section. Click "login" here or in the upper right portion of the site. See Creating a Website Account if you do not have one or Forgot Password to regain access to an existing account.

Step Two:

Download the patch for your specific program and paste it into the Gemini Solutions Folder on your local disk. Click "move and replace" when prompted (windows 7 users)
