Gemini Solutions,  Inc., (GSI), an independent Petroleum Engineering Software and Consulting  company, was founded in Houston, in January of 1997 by Dr. Jim Buchwalter and Dr. Ray Calvert. Dr. Jerzy Rajtar joined GSI in 1998 and Richard Henry in 2000.

GSI is a company providing software and consulting services for the petroleum industry. Some of these include comprehensive engineering services covering evaluation, development, and management of oil and gas reservoirs.

Since 1997, GSI experienced significant growth and expanded to include professional consulting services in Petroleum Engineering and Geoscience. To provide a complete array  of services, GSI has formed alliances with individual consultants and firms. Today, GSI is a dynamic organization serving more than 50 independent and major oil companies.
