Cancellation Policy To cancel an enrollment, the paid tuition, less a non-refundable registration fee of
$75.00 will be refunded providing the cancellation is received in our Houston office 14 days or more
prior to the course. If tuition is not paid at the time of the cancellation, this $75.00 fee is due,
providing the 14 day notice was received.

For cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the course, the full fee is due.
Enrollments are not automatically cancelled if tuition is not recevied by start of the course.

A paid enrollment may be transfered one time to a future course if the request is received
in our Houston office before the 14 day notice period. Any transfer request received less than 14 days
before the originally scheduled course will be considered. However, if not transfered timely,
the full tuition is non-refundable

We reserve the right to cancel a session if enrollment is insufficient to ensure maximum
effectiveness. If this occurs, enrollees will receive a full refund or be given the opportunity to
transfer to another course.

Please keep our cancellation policy in mind when making airline reservations, as we
cannot be responsible for fees charged for canceling or changing your ticket.

Hotel: We recommend either the Adams Mark or Westchase Hilton for convenience.
